This is terrible… I’ve had them issue refunds on cases where the tracking shows delivered but the buyer claims to have not received. The notification says I was not found at fault and it will not impact my seller performance, but the money was still refunded from my account so those orders were complete losses. I guess it’s just the cost of business at this point, but it definitely shouldn’t be…
