eBay account Selling limits

Hi Everyone,
I have a UK account with 10/750 limits. The account was registered in Dec. 2021. In these days I sold 3 items and got 1 good feedback. I thought it's time to get more selling limits so I revised QTY to 3(I know once the quantity is over half of the limits,the eBay will increase the limits automatically). Unfortunately eBay suspended my account in 1 hour. Who knows why this happened? Which is the best way to require higher selling limits? Thanks

When exactly did you sale those 3 items? Was it recently or on Dec? And if those are your first 3 sales then that is a big red flag to eBay to make 3 sales that fast on a account with no activity.

And what was those 3 items? Was they branded items?

call them and ask for a reactivation of the account. You'll mostly get reinstated right away.

No it's not branded items. The account was made in Dec. And 4 months passed, I tried to sell some items. I sold 3 items in 7 days. And it's totally only about 25 GBP.

Ok even though the acc is made in Dec.. you still can’t sell 3 items that fast with no transactions. You have to slowly build eBay trust. Those 3 items you sold that quick is 9/10 your reason for suspension. Very risky

I have another account made in Nov. 2021 with 10 selling limits. I already sold 5 items and received 3 feedback. Can I contact the online agent to require more selling limits? Is it safer to call them?

Something odd is going on - especially with low amount sold + dollar value. What category of sales? Digital?

No, I never sold digital items. The category is garden decoration. I think it's not because of my product.

Ok I’m trying to understand all your sold items on the account.

Can you tell me all of the specific dates of your sold items?
