selling limits with new ebay account

I just made some st** acount

I tried to selling my stuff but there is selling limit ( 10 item or 500$ per month )

How can i raise this limit?

Just sell 10 item and wait a month until they raised automatically?

I made more, well got some anyway.
After 3 months it raised to 20 items or 2000$ and after 4 months it went up to 40 items or 2600$.
