My auction keeps getting removed

Hello!
I started to selling on ebay in April 12 with small limits in past three months i sold over 700 items with 100% positive feedback /1 Dispute during that time (which was handled in less than ten minutes).

Now when my limit is high Ebay started to Remove my listings.

I want to know if there is any solution , Im selling in Software Category.As far i seen people there are sitting for almost a year with one auction that has 3000 sales.

What was the reason of the removal when they emailed you?

My guess is your Software items.

My auction starts to get removed on Saturday for fallowing reasons:

Saturday:Beta and OEM Software Policy
Sunday: Your listing isn’t following policy: Beta and OEM software policy
Today: Your listing was removed: Electronically delivered items policy

As i mention i Sold already 500 Pieces on one auction and on other 200.

Other users that sells it also isnt AUthorised seller and sold almost 3000 of those , the other person got almost 300 sales.

Is there any work around sir? Like any certain keyword that i should avoid or anything else?

Anything will help.


EDIT:If thats matter im selling on UK ebay.

You've had listings removed three days in a row? Are you just relisting the same item?

If you're selling OEM software, eBay has a very specific policy on what you need to include in the auction which you can find if you search for it.

If you're selling software keys or downloads, good luck with that...

2. Unauthorized . or copyright infringement.

You're bound to get nailed soon or later. Move them to a different account.
Keep doing it and your account is dead.

Alright if i create now new account with same name and sure name it will be still flagged at the beggining?

Thats the way i want to try to make it:

1.instal VM in vmware
2.Get Internet shared from my mobile(never went on this IP on ebay)
3.Use diffrend Addres and phone number
4.Use other bank account
5.The only thing that stays the same it will be name and Sure name

Do you think sir it will work out ?

Software was always super risky category. You need many many accounts to keep up selling.

Selling digitally delivered software required a healthy supply of accounts. Not only do you have Vero and ebay looking for you but given it's a cutthroat sector you also have competitors looking to report you.

If it's your only option then start planning accounts well in advance.
