Default Anyone had auction removed without notice?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced getting an auction taken down without any notification after? I had an item up and then it got removed. Showed up in Auctiva as still active but was non-existent on ebay.

I hadn't received a take-down notice but all my fees were credited. On the flip-side the same thing happened today on a different account but was done to a closed auction that had actually sold. The buyer told me that pp sent a notice to them that the auction was pulled...

This happened to me about 5 months ago numeruous times with everything you stated. I stopped selling because of this. Atleast you did not have to be in chat for 30 mins just to get the fees back!

This happened to me just last week. They said to check in MY EBAY under MESSAGES but there were no messages there. I asked why and they said they couldn't tell me "for security purposes". I am selling shoes!! What is so unsafe about shoes? I think they just pull listings at random for the fun of it. Other sellers are selling the exact same shoes and their listings are not pulled.

Yes...
This has happened a few times on some of my accounts.
Is this the new eBay way....
Just delete you auctions.
Do NOT put them under the UnSold Items List.
Do Not put any message up about it.
Do Not post a Alert to your account.
Do Not send you any messages about why or when they were removed.

The New eBay creedo:
<<F^%$ THE SELLERS>>

Yep same thing happened to me last week and again a few days ago. I think what is going on is that it is other sellers on ebay selling the same thing we are and reporting us to ebay and the ebay dummies are not even looking at our auction but instead just cancel them. I did'nt receive any thing the first time ebay canceled my auction and it was just gone but then the second time I did'nt receive a notice but seen auction was canceled and I checked my unsold auctions and it said to check my ebay messages and I seen nothing there.

You have to treat your both your ebay and paypal accounts as disposable, especially if you try to sell VERO. I have burned probably close to 400 ebay accounts and 30 paypal accounts over my 10 years.

This happened to me last week.

I phoned them up straight away and they said:

"that they were experiencing problems with the email system and that I should receive the email soon"

2 weeks later and still nothing!

Its happened to us 2 times, and I think its a glitch. It was annoying and made me feel a bit paranoid that ebay were trying to randomly shut us down.

Me too. I'm not happy about it as, as far as I understand, it takes 60 (or 90?) days from getting the violation to when it is scrubbed from the 'policy compliance' thing under the DSR.

So that means two things - either it'll stick there forever as it won't have an expiry date OR if it does show up after say a month of the listing being removed then it means the vilation will stick wound and affect your DSR for a lot longer than it should.

Hope that makes sense!

S.

when you have a infraction
takes 60 days to disappear
For this reason you should have more accounts
If your first account has 3 infractions put it sleeping
and use u account backup
after 2 months you can use your old account
