eBay payment hold extended!!

Hello guys

Today I have to recieve 2 payouts from 2 eBay accounts. It is after 14 days hold. The sales were made on Aug 24 and got 14 days holds. But today morning I have noticed the Funds release dates are extended to OCT 08 and Oct 11.

Anyone got this kind of problem?

Account must have gotten suspended? Never seen a hold longer than 30 days on a good standing account. Did you switch to monthly payouts?

Probably best to message eBay through live chat to find out why your not receiving your funds.

Do you have tracking on the postage? Proof of delivery or positive feedback from buyers usually releases the funds

Provide tracking for every single transaction. If you've already provided all of the tracking numbers, call them and ask for clarification.

I think OP is buying tracking numbers from online that doesn’t match with his zip code listed on “ship from” and the buyers “ship to” address. Or he’s selling high risk items. Never seen holds longer than 30 days

That’s only for suspended accounts, OP account isn’t suspended just extended holds. I’ve never seen longer than 30 days. eBay even states they hold funds sometimes for up to 30 days. More than 30 days could mean eBay find those transactions very risky
