But yeah, like you said. Message them and ask exactly what they need.

Better than my situation, where they requires proof of delivery for all open items, yet by the time you got that proof, you had more open items, and it went on forever lol.
Theirs no specific link to get to “eBay live chat” in the U.K. what I do is go to google and type “close eBay account” I click the link where it says contact us and then 2 options 1 to call or 1 to click live chat.

Have you tried this before?

I just wanted to update you guys after sending invoices and all the data eBay had requested they ebay not replying for over 2 weeks even though I called and messaged them today I got this email saying my account was restricted and banned. Any insight or feedback? I called them and they said nothing they can do.

We wanted to let you know that your account has been permanently restricted from selling because of activity we believe was putting the eBay community at risk. We understand this must be frustrating, and please know that our decision was not made lightly. Measures like this help keep our marketplace safe for everyone. Learn more about how and why accounts can be restricted.

Here’s what you should know
You will no longer be able to use your account to sell on eBay and any new accounts you set up may also be restricted.
If you have any listings, they’ve been removed and can be viewed below. - Any fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
You can still bid on and buy items from other sellers.
If you have any questions or concerns, or think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch. We’re here to help.

I’m sorry to hear you lost your account :(

Did you submit a real invoice from a real retailer? If you did this should of passed.

Sounds like ebay didn't care about any of it, and just wanted him to send them more info so they had more evidence. They were not going to give his account back. It's kinda like how they sometimes tell people that if they pay their old balance, they get their account back.
