Hi
I got permanently suspended from ebay and want try selling again. I bought an ebook on how to create stealth account on 2022 but still got suspended after creating first listing.
Ebook said that i can use my name,i just need to
change address, new user on my pc without VPN because ebay gets suspicious (just change ip by turning off and on my router),new phone number, new email and new bank account. This is for an EE account. I followed everything step by step and still got suspended.I see here that using IP Burger with Fresh IP is needed. What else do i need to do?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

It depends on if your router is dynamic or static as Saijin mentioned. If it’s static then it won’t work but you might be able to configure the router settings to change ip.
If it’s dynamic and changes everytime you switch it off then you shouldn’t have any problems with your ip.
Ip is dynamic,it changes after i switch my router on and off.
So what else can be the problem, why did ebay suspended me?
I thought my name was the problem, but i created another ebay account
with another name and everything new and still got suspended.

That’s good your ip is dynamic so now you know it’s not an ip issue. You used your name and date of birth which is fine as well. What address did you use? Looks like you used EE SIM card which is also good so phone number not the issue as well which is also good.
I used a real address that i never used before.
I think it is the id i used for verification,i already got suspended
with the same id but in the ebook it was mentioned that ebay doesnt
save the id photos and you can use the same,is it true?

No the problem is ID gets checked against an address on your credit report. I used my real ID on 3 accounts.
Account 1 real name date of birth and made up address (real ID failed)
Account 2 real name date of birth and a real address I’m not associated with (real ID failed)
Account 3 real name date of birth and an address used on my credit report (real ID passed)
When you submit your real ID it’s called TRACESMART-Adyen this is eBays payment processor checking ID against your address.
Once you confirm your deposits GB Group - Adyen this is to confirm Adyen have accepted your deposits and are happy to do business with you.
Theirs a few ways to pass the checks. The first is by living at a previous address any address you have lived at or took some sort of credit out will appear on your credit report.
If you have only lived at your address don’t worry you can change address through online banking app and the address will show on your credit report.
The good thing here is if you change back to your current address the address you changed to will still show on your credit report.
What I do is I change address on 2 of my credit report apps
1) credit karma
2) clear score
I also put the email on the eBay account in the email section of the credit report apps. Once I’ve done this I will wait a week or two and then create my eBay account. This works for me.
Many other people on the forum will create accounts using different methods im just saying what I currently do.

Read the stealth guide... get your foundation strong.

That's a bit messed up from ebay, not that it's surprising at all but there are a few scenarios in which you might have a Real ID and no address history on your credit report.
Also I'm sure there are countries in which is not as easy to make a credit search, maybe not even legal? If I remember correctly in Holland a company can't ask you to submit identification documents, I remember reading something about that.
Maybe the key to stealth is getting an account in a country in which is more difficult for ebay to perform checks? A place like Estonia for example were you can open bank accounts & companies online among other things?

If you have solved all ip, phone and browser issues.
Create as many accounts as possible and some of them will survive. Its currently about 1 out of 10.
Simply put - ebay does not want any personal sellers anymore. Only businesses.
This is not true all my accounts I have got are personal accounts. Personal accounts are more relaxed than business accounts as you don’t have a seller dashboard/metrics to worry about so if you have to cancel order then your dashboard will not be effected.
I have 8 personal accounts some with good limits as well and I have no issues managing them.

Not true at all.
Browser fingerprint plays a huge role for about year already. Without modifying thous- its a number game and i say maybe 99 out of 100 will go down and it hugely depends on used browsers.
Once started to modify fingerprints for every user i get very little accounts suspended - maybe 2-3 out of 10 goes down after first sale and 7-8 stays running for a long time.

I've been wondering the same thing as of late, and this makes some sense from a business standpoint. I imagine there's some truth to this.
My own experience buying from sellers was generally better from a business account and usually poorer from a personal account. Probably less headaches for ebay overall with business accounts.
