Payouts places on temporary hold

On some of my new accounts after I enter the bank details after listing I have gotten this message . I got this message on every account that has a mismatch name with the bank account.
The bank accounts I’m using are Lloyds savers .
Is this normal or does it mean accounts gone ?

The message says they will take up to 5 days to review the account
