I think best you can do to remove negative feedback is call 3-5 times each day for customer support,this is how i remove defect rates,but probably it's easer comparer with neg feedbacks
I think all sellers have negative feedbacks, and usually it's happening then you provide not the best customer service, medium quality product or late shipment. |
