OK here's a question. Let's say one sets up a number of Stealth accounts and sells a few things and keeps open for a few months. In order to lift limitations PAYPAL is opened etc. Everything is Stealth accept bank account because in order to get cash out, one needs to transfer the funds from PP to the bank. If (God forbid) the accounts ever get shutdown for selling, let's say brand name items (not)...then identity is not truly Stealth because bank account was linked....correct? What is a more Stealthier way to do this and get your cash out?

I take it you havent read the ebook? Bank accounts are never Stealth- they don't need to be, and yes if the paypal account gets shut down the bank account is linked and you cannot use it again with another PayPal. You could look at prepaid cards for a bank account alternative
Boondoggle, I have read both ebooks. What I was getting at is everything you set up can be Stealth except bank account. So in reality the ebay thugs could eventually track your real ID to the bank account if push comes to shove.
Not at all Lakeman! Just sell a couple things a month, all real and 100% feedback. I just thought it's funny how we create a Stealth persona but then need to use actual bank info. I know it needs to be done it's just weird.
Its because most banks can't see the name on the bank- the money is sent from paypal in a different name to that on the bank account but the bank process it anyway (most banks). Ebay don't have any authority to check the real name on the bank accounts, the banks would only disclose that information to the police. So there's no need to worry about that if everbody who buys from you get what they bought.
Yeah... That's why it sounds like he's doing something illegal. No one would know your bank account is in different info until you had a court order or the police got involved, which would mean you were doing something illegal!

IMO, there's not enough information either way. And it isn't within reason to want a stealth bank account also. I know that I've researched the subject, and I'm no scammer.

I can understand that the OP is just making an observation.
The bank accounts are just a work around so we can get back on eBay. Most of us here got suspended for what amounts to petty reasons and lack of knowledge before we knew of this forum.
I would hope the police would easily be able to get a name from a bank account number if it was used to defraud people.
