Creation ebay new accounts

Hello,
Does someone has the same problems?
I tried many times to create ebay accounts (ebay.co.uk , ebay.ca)
although i changed each times , ip, phone number...
they restricted my account few minutes after creation

It's tougher to make new accounts at this time of year, the banwave may last for a few more weeks

if it's a few minutes after creation, seems like a strong link is being caused.

Are you using new user accounts on the computer so no cookies shared?

I think at present they have a stop on new personal selling accounts, it will ease in the next few weeks.
