Have you tried working off of a desktop or laptop? Same issue with selfie?

on payoneer the best resolution is to pay real people , that is cheaper and safer

if you live beyond the green line you can certainly find people there that need money , after israel stopped taking them in for work a significant problem with poverty emerged
