Very difficult to give 100% answer on timeline - I like bid/browsing for 2 weeks or so after creation before selling while others prefer selling right away...

If you leave the account to mature for over a month you get limits I find. But limits do not really matter as high limit and low limit accounts can get suspended if you do not handle the account right.

Limits used to kick in after first sales completed, last I checked

If the account have high limits, it wont be restricted or suspended. That is what experiance i had before.

When its low limits, it will get reactivate or suspended.

I have now also low selling limits now and getting reactivate. Dont know why.

It depends on how you make the account, you can get high limits then also get the reactivate message

Forget the big limits as it doesn’t work anymore. I lost 8 accounts today. Do what the Stealth Book says create a seller account and start off small and just gradually build it up.

Losing 8 accounts all on one day is pretty suspicious for linkage as well hmm

I don’t think I will be the first to lose many accounts bro and everything was bang on. I am sticking with just one eBay seller now that’s if it doesn’t get banned and one buyer to buy everyday stuff on eBay.

I waited 48 hours and used a solid Residential Proxy and real number.

Signed up via phone + 5G data only, no wifi connected. Seperate phone just for eBay.

Browsed + bidded on items I'd never win for the first two weeks and then listed non electronic items under £10 with 2-3 a day.

Once I got to 30 sales I was then asked for ID + NI number and payouts restricted.

Seems like it's entirely possible but annoying to have 2-3+ phones with their own sim card and whilst selling on one account, get the others warming up already and sell only <29 items and then basically ditch the account and repeat the same on the next, so you've always got 2 accounts warming up and one you're selling on without triggering the 30 item/£1750 / ID check.

Not a perfect way of doing things and maybe not good for certain sellers, but it'd work for me.

Nice experience with being able to sell for about a month before being asked for ID though...

Yep this is actually what happened to one of my banned accounts. Just after 30 days I was able to sell an item and was ID requested and failed that and eBay banned.

I dunno why moderators havnt deleted my comments in another post? When I asked them to delete it so other people don’t fall into the same trap?

Yep, happening with my friends too. They've now stopped at around 25 sales and then wait for payouts before attempting to continue or just ditching the account. It's around £250/£300 of sales each time.

It's pretty nice now as well since you get paid 2 days after delivery, where as new accounts previously made you wait a lot longer.
