Default Vero Question

Hi there just wondering i listed some software on ebay and about 12 hours after i received this email below but i also received this exact same email before on another account and then when i sent what the buyer was asking for the item got removed. The ebay member asking the question is a different name this time but in the same state and the email is the exact same even the email address. Is this vero or something trying to get info from me whats should I say or do. Thanks

Hello. I\'m interested in your item. Can you please email me a label photo of the product with a piece of paper on it indicating \'eBay item number\' to: kreken2000@yahoo.com?The label is at the bottom of the box and it has the product part number and the UPC barcode. Thanks,Mike

Yes, it is most likely a vero member or one of their spies at least.

Tell em you don't take requests and they can choose to buy or not based on your description and seller reputation.

my advise is you should not never ever reply to her stupid request, It just a suck eBay member, who have no better thing to do than reporting other items... I got 1 out of 100 items get reported, and it all removed by ebay!

what does anybody else recommend Im just confused now because one person said respond with this message and once person said dont respond please help. on a funny note i just found out that i can answer ebay questions threw gmail instead of logging into ebay. Is this okay or does this look bad with ebay because its goes directly to the buyers email instead of threw ebay so it looks that im not answering the questions.

Take vpham's advice and dont respond. If you do respond, say something like you're out of town and take pictures at the moment... dont see much concern here

UPDATE:
after further review, yes s/he is most likely a spy.
Look at this auction and you'll see the same person asking for the same information...

Google is your friend folks

^^ i dont think ebay cares but it might be possible for the receiver to obtain your IP address ... then they might forward to the cops and then there'll be a knock at your door and then next thing you know you'r in a room that smells like dry oranges with your fate in the hands of 12 anxious angry people lol j/k .. (coul dbe possible though!)

but its best to just respond through ebay, lessens the chance of any linking etc..

^^^^^^ What exact answer are you looking for?

If it was me...I WOULD NOT RESPOND!

AND I would put them on my blocked buyer list.

SIMPLE as that.

I quite clearly intimated that you don't fulfill their request.

Either way they will most likely report you! Just par for the course of selling VERO.
