Default Has a seller won a dispute on eBay.

I only had one and lost, this was two weeks ago. I am wondering if any won has ever won a dispute on ebay ? All I hear is bad things. If you won I would like to hear what happen. And perhaps put your feedback and DSRs.

Seller can only win if the buyer is foolish to file 'item not received' and seller can prove delivery with tracking. If buyer files ' materially different' claim and provides proof of tracking on return, then it does not matter what the buyer sends back, the seller will always lose.

This is really not right.... What if the buyer is a scammer? I am just dealing with similar situation now.. The buyer wants to return, a complete BS about how the bag can't close all of a sudden...Total lye!!!! changed her feedback option display, made requests about my private info details with Ebay... and what not. All this without saying a word to me first.. If there is a problem, don't you think you would contact the seller first?
I decided I am not accepting return as per my auction policy. She can send to my PO box.. but I won't pick it up if she does send it back.

You are going to lose and receive neg. The only thing you can do as a seller, is to refund and kiss the buyer's arse so you won't get a negative.
