Please help with a few questions. RE: Clearance Delay
Hi all. Apparently I have an order seized by customs. This was my second time using DHL as a shipment method. The order took longer than expected. I had no idea what a clearance delay was so I called up DHL customer service. Some outsource kid answers my call. I give him my tracking number, he puts me on hold and without knowledge I was transferred to some woman who requested that I email her information giving me authorization for the product etc. etc. I took her email knowing I was not going to send her anything. I then proceeded to email DHL informing them to ship package back to sender as the order was incorrect etc.
My questions is this. I used my real info, therefore will I be red flagged in anyway?
Should I go set up a quick UPS box and change my address for my next order?
Last questions, will I receive a refund if I dispute the order with my merchant with the argument that I never received it?
