I had one i sent to belgium.... the ..... refused to return it, and actually took the item to the store, got a letter saying it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗... submitted it to paypal and paypal refunded them the money and they kept the product.
GG i usually get them to return it. i could think of some words to call her but i will not , heh
I just had this exact experience and it went in my favor. Buyer tried to say that item was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and opened an 'item not as described'. Paypal investigated and requested lots of info from Buyer. I was asked for nothing. After about 2 weeks, Paypal ruled in my favor that the item was exactly as described.
Money was put on hold at time the dispute was opened and returnd the money to my account immediately after ruling in my favor!

That's a very good point. If seller sends you a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and you want your money back DO NOT file a claim saying item is counterfeit as the burden of proof will lie with the buyer;however, if one files SNAD, the burden of proof lies with the seller. In almost all SNAD cases, PP will allow the buyer to return the item for a refund.
