Ebay Classifieds Link to Ebay accounts?

Quick question....

Since Kijiji has changed it's name to Ebay Classifieds...

Does anyone know if I log into my Ebay Classifieds Account with the email address from a suspended Ebay account, will it link to my stealth account used on the same IP address?

Any feedback greatly appreciated. I sell things on both sites and I want to be sure I don't get linked.
