Gosh, I really hate newbie buyers!!
Gosh, i really hate buyers that leave negatives before contacting you! I always state on my listings that i will resolve any problem before they leave feedback.
I knew this buyer would be a pain, When she won my auction she said she wanted the original receipt so i ps one especially for her. later she said that she would not use that payment service because she was not familiar with it (i mean i bold huge big red letters that i only accept paymate) so i told her that i would cancel the transaction no problem, later she decided to pay rather than me canceling the transaction.
Few days passed and asked why the shipping was taking so long i told her first class is 2-5 business days and that i clearly stated on the listing that i will ship the item within 3 business days! blah blah blah blah
Now today i check my feedback and she left a NEG saying the item was partly damaged!!! Fuudgeeeeeeeee "I think buyers like this are not human or really dumb" a normal person in their right mind would contact the seller and work something out "partial refund" instead of not getting anything and leaving a Neg.
By the way her feedback score is (3).. i emailed her tonight to see if she wants to work something out and i said that i would be willing to CALL HER TODAY, TOMORROW OR SATURDAY OR SUNDAY OR MONDAY TO WORK SOMETHING OUT. Buyers don't like phone to phone confrontation so she will mostly say ok. ruined an hour of my life!
Do you guys think i should make a business card and put it inside the package and see if the people like her call me or email me instead? has anyone tried it? as it worked? my fear is if i do this everyone would be tempted to ask for partial refunds and so on.
