registering a business ebay acct

Hi all, all the accounts i have at present are individual, just wondering what info/documents ebay and paypal will ask for when the verify suspension comes through.
Would love it if aussies could answer especially if you have done it yourself
I have a registered business name
an abn
a business bank account

What can i do as contact person as my real name is suspended on ebay
