Default Can eBay.ca seller sell to eBay AU?

I have two eBay.ca seller accounts linked to one Paypal account, both are 10-day old, one is dedicated to sell on eBay.com, and the other eBay.com.au.

All account info are real, and all products are non-VeRO, non-sensitive MMA gears.

However, something unexpected happened today. The account with 10 items on ebay.com.au has been limited selling.

They said the reason is that I may violated #9 in Trust and Safty, and I am request to provide 4 documents, fax to a number in Australia. Most doc are about Australian identity. But I clearly stated in the listing that I am a Canadian seller with items located in Canada, but ship to Australia.

Any expert here know why this could happen? Should I fax my Canadian DL, health card, utility bill, and invoices to eBay.com.au, or to eBay.ca?

What is the info on the ebay.au account?
That is what should be faxed.
If they let you register an account on ebay.au with a Canadian address, I don't se why there would be a problem now.

As with any request, they are always going to want docs that back up the info you gave them when you reg'd

The account was registered in Canada with all real information. But list items at ebay.com.au. Auctiva let you list to UK, AU, etc. When I need to modify items, I have to log into ebay.com.au. Other than that, I am seller at eBay.ca.

I can't even begin to understand how that is possible.
Occassionaly I will find an item I may want to watch and when I want to add to watch items it asks me to log in because I am now on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com, so I'm assuming that this sort of thing happens naturally (geting sent from one ebay to another)
How else would you explain so many int'l bidders on our auctions?

It IS very weird. I don't know ebay.com.au could be so picky. I let you know what will happen after I fax all request info to Australia.

After I fax ebay AU all the requested docs, they lifted selling limit within 24 hours, however, I got a limit on my PayPal, may due to the earlier limit on my ebay account. I am selling all legit items, and they chase me crazy.
ebay and paypal are totally mad. They limited my shipping tools in Paypal, and asking me for the tracking number for the last order which I couldn't ship, how smart they are!!!!!!!

You should be able to sell on AU. eBay sometimes charges you for selling to some countries, but as far as I'm aware au. isn't one of these.

Yes, it seems OK to sell to AU from CA. But PayPal start to give me headache about 7 kinds of verifications: (1) Photo ID; (2) Address; (3) Invoices; (4) Supplier Info; (5) Location; (6) Business Registration; (7) Proof of delivery. The last one is the most difficult one, since most orders shipped by Canada Post International Air are not trackable. The shipping receipt number won't satisfy PayPal, oh, what should I do? call them up to explain?

To follow up, I called PayPal and they lifted the limit in a few seconds. The rep downgraded my another Paypal account from Business to Personal and that's it.
