The P90X is a hugely popular item. It is also one of the most aggressively protected items. People selling this commonly get into trouble when an undercover buyer working for the rights owner purchases a set and determines it is counterfeit. Then they get a certified letter in the mail from Johnson & Pham, a law firm representing the rights owner threatening a lawsuit unless a certain amount of money is paid, and agreements to stop selling their merchandise is signed.
Then, we see the post on the forum "OMG HELP ME! LAW FIRM TRYING TO RUIN MY LIFE!"
Selling counterfeit merchandise is a bad idea.
Selling the P90X is a REALLY BAD idea.
Don't get me wrong, I don't judge people, and I really don't care what anyone sells. But I hate seeing newbies get into trouble because they think they found an easy way to make money and dive right in with no thought to the consequences.
Stealth only goes so far. At some point, money has to enter your bank account. Stealth can make you invisible to eBay/PayPal, but it WILL NOT make you invisible to a subpoena or to law enforcement.
