Any way to ask Ebay a Question?

Hi
As an Ebay power seller I have been trying to ask someone at ebay a question about ratings for hours now. There are many links to contact Ebay and many statements saying that you can but they all lead to dead ends where you ask a question and only get links. Has anyone here found a way to ask a question by email and get an answer? I cannot ask the question in the discussion forums because I am banned for asking another question. Go figure!

emails are canned responses at the best of times. The discussion forum suxs. Have you tried the PS phones?

Thanks Kirkie! I'll do that and bookmark the addy. I was told that there would be a way but I could never find it.
Green Bean; Ebay told me there would be easier communication as a PS but I could never seem to find out what it was or where to get it. Where do I get that number. I really appreciate the help here. Ebay can make it soooo darn difficult to sell things sometimes...

Lol trying to get ebay. They go out of their way to screw you over. I was on phone hold for over an hour and still no one answered. I went to live chat. I was 74 in the que and wait time was 58 minutes. Now they have a home page with some guys picture on it about ebay change. What a joke
ebay sucks.
