All,
just wondering you you deal with postage costs regarding refunds. on my ebay listings i currently have a return policy of within a week of receiving the item but i have also stated that i will not refund any postage costs.
do this sound reasonable?
Thanks
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
It all depends on the situation. If the reason for the return is your error then you should cover the return postage costs. But if the buyer gets the item then decides they don't want it for some trivial reason then they should recover the postage costs.
Regardless of that just remember that positive feedback and 5 star DSR ratings is what you should be shooting for. Is the cost of the postage really worth the chance of a negative or neutral feedback??
Well the new Ebay's Buyer or should I say Screw your seller Policy is the buyer will get their original auction price back PLUS the original shipping...

yes, but you don't have to pay the return shipping.
If you shipping will cost you $10.20 or less (medium flat rate box) just to free shipping.

I apologize...I thought the threadstarter asked if the buyer would get their ORIGINAL shipping they paid for the item not back to the seller...The buyer will NOT get the return shipping back unless the buyer wants to allow it...
