Default Which gift cards work for ebay purchases?

It's funny I've been on ebay since almost the beginning selling stuff, but I have never actually made a purchase on there requiring a CC. Back in the day I either sent cash or a money order the few times I decided to buy anything. So which gift card works? There's amex, vanilla, gift2go, etc.

Well if that's the case I'll probably go with vanilla billpay, thanks. Can I assume you don't need to register an address on the card for it to work on ebay/paypal?

these cards normally work without having to match or switch address, you just add them and they withdraw

I just tried it and it didn't work. Seems I need to register an address so I went ahead and entered my zip code on the vanilla billpay page. Funny, but it seems they don't allow you to enter in name and address anymore. Anyway after I did this it worked. Now for the first time ebay has my real information (shipping address)

Ah with Vanilla cards, I have always played save and registered the address.

For Entr o pay - makes no difference.

Yes - entr o pa y for me has worked no matter what name, address, etc. - you needto have the right amount on the card which is $3.00 - $5.00 if you want to be completely safe.
