problem adding paymate to EBay

So I Went to intigrate my EBay account with Paymate and followed the process as usual. So after I enter my Ebay id on PAymates webpage and then click Start Authorization then it has you log in to Ebays website, and to a page that states Grant application access: Paymate Express Payments. I then click on the "I agree" button, you're allowing us to link your eBay account with Paymate Express Payments.

After doing that I get

There was an error passing information between the third party you just came from and eBay.
Error code: 20.1.3 : 2010-11-13 03:53:17 : signin.ebay.com

Any ideas
