Ebay Sellers call to verify and then Fax documents
Hello sir, sorry to bother but i registered a new ebay, i set up the seller account but 10 hours later i was temporarily suspended and asked to verify my address, through a phone call. I must have answered incorrectly because they asked me to fax over documents. I was hoping you could tell me what you think i did wrong or some possible tips to avoid this occurring with future seller accounts on ebay?? If its too hot an issue private message me.

it was a call where you were asked questions? do you think you got them wrong somehow? if so that is your answer, but actually this is normal, they schedule a call but ask for docs after anyhow even if you answer correctly...
Maybe you tried to sell too soon, thats often a reason

If so, time to restart and go stealth. Read around the forums and/or pick up the stealth guide - you need to build some feedback and not sell right away.
Is there really a too soon now? I mean wtf... 10 items a month is enough of a limit, and then keeping your money for 21 days? Anyone who can defraud someone that way, is pretty damn good. I think the way it is now, is just fine.
List 10 items, all money held 21 days or positive feedback... (they aren't doing the 3 day delivery, i emailed them)
AND THEN even if your funds clear. Paypal STILL will call you when you withdraw to your bank. Especially on newer accounts
yes nowadays, listing within a few days of registering can flag you. Keep an account active with buying and browsing, like a regular user and then you can list, a couple of weeks is ok, if you do that.
or just wait 30 days and what for that little icon next to your name to disapper
