Default October 5th ...*STILL 10 ITEMS /500$

So when does it open up? Does it stay this way? This is my oldest account with the 10 day hold.. i mean oldest account i've opened in the last 3 months, and it's still got the hold. When does it go unlimited or increased? Each of October, nov and december i sold the 10+ items out of all those sales, i received no negative no neutral... But only 11 dSRs.... heh

These buyers not leaving us feedback is really hurting us. I can't believe you didn't get bumped up at least a little.

The last time I did have my limits lifted, it was because I did a questionarre, it had nothing to do with sales. It was a "family/friend" stealth account (with permission) so I was able to answer everything correctly. That "none of the above" business doesn't fly anymore.

That 10 listing limit is scary. I am selling on many accounts and only sometimes get the limit but it is 100 / $5000. They are Canadian accounts listed on eBay.ca btw.

Are you counting right? It's 3 months from your 1st sale, not from when the account was opened. And 3 months from October 5th would be January 5th. eBay says 90 days, but they're probably counting 3 full months, from 1st to 1st and from 18th to 18th, and so one.

Actually, the exact eBay wording is "90 days from your first successful sale". I'm think that means since the first item was sold, but it could also be after the 1st feedback received, who knows. And as far as I know, eBay seller performance is checked once every 7 days, so it may take even longer to have the limits lifted.

I thought he was referring to eBay slowly raising your limits as you got positive seller feedback, as some members have experienced that.

I was able to do that a month or two ago, but not anymore. eBay may have scratched that and are sticking to a 10 per month hard limit.

My oldest accounts are now having the limits lifted to 100 / $5000...... couple from September and one from October. For both accounts it just happened within the last 3 days.

The older account is about 100-110 days old so I think they might be slow on this sometimes OR maybe it could be the month after you hit 90 days they lift it?

Just some thoughts but they are still lifting them after ABOUT the 90 day period it seems.

The more feedback and DSR ratings you get the better your chances are of getting the limits raised quicker. Ebay wants to see that you are a trustworthy seller.
