Unhappy -1 feedback on ebay help!!!

I was suspendid on ebay couple months ago. I bought the Stealth Book and started making new account. After my first sale buyer left me a negative feedback which made my feedback looks like this -1

Very awful!! and I have 2 items that I needed to ship and was already paid bu other buyers. What should I do?? BTW- the payment from that seller was sent to my old PP account that was link with my suspended ebay account. I asked the buyer to send the payment to that PP account and the item ended. Is she covered by buyer protection???

When she emailed me that she was not happy with her purchased I told her thats fine I will send you a refund just send the item back to me. After couple hours checked my ebay and boom I saw -1 feedback.

Please help!! shall I just refund everybody, forget about that account and move on to my other account?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that the account you got the negative feedback on is suspended?

I read your post 3 times and am still not sure. ????

I have not send out the two new sold items. It was already paid but the payment is on hold for 21 days by paypal. Not possible to cash out. So I would just not send the item then and just give the refunds to those buyers?? I don't even feel like explaining to them.

I just send an email again to the buyer who left neg. fb and ask her to revise the fb and i offer to pay return shipping and a full refund.

Buy 5-6 cheap items (over $3) for and let the account sit 1 month, then start listing again. It should still be good.

You did the right thing. You just got hit with really bad luck and your first buyer was a full on ass.

Refund the two un-shipped sales and move away from that PP and eBay. Its brand new and already trashed. No point trying to fix it. Again, you just got the worst kind of buyer right out of the gate. nothing you can do but walk away. You can maybe cultivate it back up slowly over a couple months. But I wouldn't make it a main account.

Why not report the buyer first, at least send a email to tell e bay the details of this case. This kind of scammer needs to be reported. We now have report buyer feature on the site, isn't it? So, why not report him before walking away.

Report him for what? Not being happy?

As much as it sucks, a buyer is not breaking the rules by being a jerk.

Thank you so much guys! I am genuinely happy to read all your responses.
Yes, I'm gonna have to stay away from this account. Emailed my 2 buyers and sent request to cancel transaction. Hopefully they will so I can get at least a credit from final value fee. The buyer who left neg. fb declined to cancel transaction so I'm not going to get a credit from her purchased. I asked her to send the item back to me before I will give her refund as well.

Thank you so much!

For sure. Dont let this buyer push you around at this point. Damage has been done... If this item is not too expensive you could try ask her to remove feedback for a freebie and she can keep it. Assuming thats an option. I dont like doing that because it makes these scum buyers win. But if its a $20 item it may be worth it to clean up account easier.

Buy some f/b and you should be fine; otherwise, trash the account.
