link PP with ebay or enter VCC on ebay?

Which do you prefer? I've had an account suspended when I entered a VCC, but ebay won't allow a couple of the prepaids I had picked.

If you choose "link PP with ebay", do your accounts tend to last longer?

If you choose "enter VCC", do your accounts tend to get suspended to verify more info?

I try to stay away from VCC's, it may just be me but ive found that 2 accounts ive added VCC's to have been suspended
