Default hate ebay more and more

i sold something to someone in germany with good feedback (60+) and now they keep saying they haven't received it....i keep telling them it takes a long to ship to europe with canada post but they just opened a dispute on ebay.de
the entire site is in german (no ofense to anyone of course) but i can't defend myself properly since i can't read anything on there.
what to do?

Well the First thing I would Try is to contact Ebay Here in USA/Canada, and Ask them what to do,,Then if Ebay cannot offer you a Decent solution well then maybe Google translate,,not much else that you can do,,

Truly all that you need to do is to Prove that you shipped and that they received the Item in other words a Tracking Number is most likely the only thing that you will need in order to win this case.

thanks for your reply.
i have a tracking number but as many canadians are well aware canada post tracking is pretty much useless. the tracking info states "order information received by canada post" on tracking numbers when you are shipping non-express outside of canada. since the item does not scan in when you drop it off, they don't have updated scans at different facilities....

i was trying to translate the website using google but accidently pressed the refund button. the buyer now has his money and the item is on the way still.
i'm never selling overseas again, big headache

First, you need to calm down. I know an open case looks pathetic on ones account but paypal takes its time to investigate. talk to YOUR paypal at this moment they can revert the refund... tell them what happends. and give them tracking number, this should help, also open a case again it as item shipped I need item back as refund was granted.. good luck.

Dont let one bad sale put you off from selling worldwide - worldwide selling = more sales = more money for you.

In this line of work we deal with hundreds of customers and sales - sometimes things go wrong - it happens to every business out there

I can tell you are not happy - keep cool, get selling, everything is ok now

Yes. This is why I do not ship out of North America. There are plenty of buyers in Canada and the US, and the headaches are MUCH much less.

the google translator sucks, translated incorrectly...
