Auctiva and Ebay

Today is day 7 of my stealth account.I uploaded the listing through Auctiva and now ebay wants to verify my identity? and took the listing down.The account is in a mans name so I will have to wait ( I am a woman ).
I read that auctiva does not share any info,what about user names???
From Ebay it states also that paypal payments maybe held fo upto 21 days??
I have been using a VPN for ip's...was able to change my mac and ip but since I am working on 5 stealth accounts thought it would be easier until I figure the multiole ip out.

Auctiva does not seem to share any user info.

Pa yp al is standard policy to hold some payments for 21 days - especially new sellers.

I would not break my head on changing MAC for eb ay.

So can I use the same auctiva account to list items to multiple stealth eBay accounts that are unlinked ?
What if I don't use auctiva would eBay know I'm uploading my pictures for different accounts from the same computer. I will be using mobile broadband therefore will probably never have the same ip for any accounts or listings
