new accounts question

i just opened a new account and tried to buy a penny auction to start to get some feedback and it was asking for credit card info after i placed the bid. I linked my ebay to my new paypal but the bank account hasnt been confirmed yet and I havent put a CC with the paypal as of yet.

My question is do I need to put in a cc in ebay or once I have verified my bank account will it lift this cc page? Or do I need to also put in a cc in my paypal account and this will ultimately work? is there a waiting limit?

I do this thing to. if you have no bank to the paypal then ebay wants you card information even with paypal(being its not verified)....

the paypal account is verified though, i just dont want to buy 2 vccs one for paypal and one for ebay, maybe if i start selling something they wont ask me for a cc

I have used the same cc for eb ay and pa yp al - make sure enough funds available.
