CC Cleaner + Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager

I cleared on my internet history and did cc cleaner i also cleared the Adobe
Flash Player Settings Manager (I'm running Mozilla Firefox) and i was wondering if its safe to my main account for my new eBay account on my computer after i did this (This is the account i had my suspend eBay on)

You can't just jump straight into your new account after deleting cookies/cache etc. You also need a NEW IP and completely new details from before.

Yes i know that I already changed everything, i was just wondering if i could use my regular computer account so i dont have to keep switching back and forth.
