This does not leave your account with many more possible mistakes, so I would get another stealth up. But for your original question it can take 12-24 hours past the seven day restriction, and I also know some people had to call in to get back up and running.

They usually automatically reinstate it for me. I don't keep track of the exact days or hours ( or mins) though. Just list when it gets reinstated again.
You need to take the test. Link is in your email. Calling wont help... Go to the original 7 day suspension email and there will be a link to the test. If you past the 7 days you should be ready to sell right away.
