Default Possible to use an Indiana Address with a NYC IP address??

My new stealth account has a Indiana address and I'm located in NYC.

I am wondering if I will get flagged immediately by this.

Anyone??

Thanks.

Would not advise this....Do not give ebay/paypal a reason to limit/restrict or give you other issues, when it is not needed. Much better options.

Not that you will get flagged immediately. But you need to consider how YOU (& the account) will look to ebay/paypal.

Might not look so good.

Do I guess this is a purchased account from here?

Yes, I figured so. I've

It was bought from here. And the seller tells me that I have nothing to worry about. Ebay and paypal wouldn't really know.

I am pissed because I provided him with a specific address as he mentions and he uses one he already has.

I wish there was a to report this seller. I'm not the first nor will I be the last to be screwed up by this guy.
What's the point on stating to provide an address to use and instead of using the address provided he uses anyone he wants and an address so far away, like he doesn't know how things operate.
Thats a bogus move by him. I will NO LONGER do business with this scam artist.

Your IP and where your account is actually located does NOT matter. Do not think otherwise. IPs are all over the map these days, especially with 3g and 4g internet.

I agree. My phone IP shows Kansas. I'm in Orange County, CA and I havent had any problems. Everyone that uses their phone to check their eBay would be banned. I assume that number would be pretty large.

Agreed for the time being until they try and step security up a notch.

Just keep the IP consistent if you can

IP is not the issue.

It's ACCESS to the supplied address on the purchased account.

OP has the problem with that. Read more carefully.

I have two eBay accounts with US addresses as well as two US Paypal accounts with all of my log ins coming from HK and Singapore. No issues, but all of the info. related to them is genuine (sort of anyway, neither are actually me.... two identities and support docs lent to me WITH permission, and the home phones are cell phones on roaming).

hell i never had a address close to where i lived when i sold on ebay and never had a problem with the ip address. and if ur selling f a k e s then the fuather away u are the better off you feel All my aged accounts come with address made on them and are sold that away plan and simple.

for that matter u shouldnt even buy accounts if ur worried about ips cause im sure the sellers here arn't going to be based in the same city and state as you when makeing the accounts. the ips will be all over gods creation.
