I sold a $40 dollar item and he's claiming it never came. This is on my personal account. I probably know the answer to this but what should i do? Should i refund him and say put the money back if it shows up? I think im being scammed. :( should i let him open a dispute? I dont have tracking or anything associated with me sending it.
Thanks for your feedback.
It was a small mp3 player that i sent regular mail. Was like $1.50 to ship. would have been $9 if i got tracking :( It's about a month out. He's been patient but i think he's a scammer.

The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
How's fings in canaadada, I assume you can easily claim for a lost parcel? Do that and refund the buyer. Inform the buyer of what you plan to do with your claim.

Wassup shady1... Nah, i sent it letter mail. i just checked his feedback and messaged other's to see if he's claiming not received. Interestingly i found that he ordered the exact same item very close to the time he did mine. Im thinking he bought two by accident and trying to get money back on one of them. Havent mentioned anything to him about it yet.. what do you think i should do?

Well, i shipped a CD from eastern toronto to downtown toronto and it took 30 days... The guy was patient and always followed up on his emails concerning why it took so long and where is the package. I just made some BS up to comfort him.
