Ebay has my money?

I have sent the item in question yesterday. I hope everything goes right. I would be mad if they decide to keep my money and/or give it back to the buyer. How can i be sure that he wont scam me like telling item is broken, not working, hasn't arrived? Now im in a stand still position. Is this affected on all ebay or just german/austrian? If only on those two i am willing to make less profit by selling on franch, italian or any other ebay that doesn't have this thing.

Well It looks not a scam because I can see the transaction on paypal account overview but not credited to balance yet and this type a issue exist at my new accounts. I had read an article about holding money by ebay for new sellers and it was on the test and it seems has started . Weird part is it was exist for germany and austria but I have seen it at my turkish accounts . I agree with you GrannyT

Once Ebay has your money - you may never see it again - -

Think of this - how many have been suspended without warning, a GOOD SELLER with awesome history, arbitrary without any right of appeal. Try talking to them as if they are professional is a joke. They hang up on you, if you question them they flat out ignore you.

So now they process your money and decide to close your account saying you were selling unauthorized goods and then return money to all your buyers for the past month.... The second they touch mine - I will never sell there again.

EBAY has proven over and over again that they have no ethics, professionalism or morals when it comes to your business.

EBAY cannot be trusted............PERIOD!

PayPal yes they hold for 180 days if a problem - but that is to cover the laibility period with Visa and you DO GET YOUR MONEY....

With EBAY - do not be so sure - - -
