Feedback doesn't qualify for revision? What the...

Okay, I have a customer that left a negative feedback and he then asked me to send him a revision after the problem was resolved. I sent him the usual feedback revision agreement but he says that when he goes to revise it, it says that the feedback doesn't qualify for revision.

Is there really such a thing? I don't see why eBay would let me send the revision and then not allow it to be revised.

I would contact Ebay if this is a solid account and have them look into it.

I haven't ever used any revision on this account in the past 4 years. eBay also let me send the revision form, but the buyer says that he gets a message saying the feedback doesn't qualify for revision. So it's not on my end, but the buyer's end.

The account isn't "legit", but stealth, so I'll stick with the 1 negative rather than losing a 1000+ positive feedback account :D
