I'm probably going to regret selling the last couple weeks. Perfect account, all 5s and a year strong. Now the "where is..." are starting to roll in. Gonna end up damaging a solid account I'm sure

Problem is most of these orders are 3 weeks old, so I don't blame them for being a little chocked. Busy mail or not, that's pretty slow. Feel bad for a few of these folks. 3 weeks from Canada to the US is not reasonable for expedited...

I will try and smooth out what I can and where as it happens. Not much more I can do when it comes to eBay... I went into this season with the thought process "if it burns it burns" Wont let eBay stress me. 80% of my sales are on my website anyway

Expedited for Canada to US took 3 weeks? Fug that - how many orders? call up Canada Post and complain - see what you can get for the paid service.

About a dozen orders that are super slow. Its all customs. There is no guarantee on time with expedited, so even two months and they say "too bad". Only xpresspost has a guarantee. But its not cheap

Calling it expedited is actually dumb. Its ground. The only reason I use it is it has tracking. Under what they call "perfect conditions" its about 8 days. That means nice weather and no delays. I knew it was a risk. But xpresspost for these is $80 as apposed to $30. So screw that. I expected a couple problems. But not so many. 6-8 days in customs is not acceptable.

My last day selling was Monday. My shipping is always free, however this year I offered everyone faster shipping for $1.99. Also, Those that choose to accept the free slow shipping I upgraded to expedient shipping after they paid and told them via ebay message.

Got excellent feedback and some actually left feedback before they received product. I had the most successful holiday season ever. I produced some $2000-$3000 an hour in sales that day.

Although I did spend the next 24hrs doing nothing but packaging

I had a an idiot buyer send me a message telling me he is going to refuse the package and wants an immediate refund because his item did not show up in time for Christmas.

He bought it on Dec 22 and paid for it on Dec 23.

Are people really that stupid?

I can see this fool hitting me with a neg and low DSRs because I wont refund and told him until I get the package back.

I had a huge amount of sales on Christmas day and today has been unreal. They are calling this mega Monday and with the sales today I can believe it.
