Default Did your limits go up in February?

February was the first month NONE of my accounts increased their selling limits at all.

They were different ages. Anywhere from 3-15 months. This February was the first time since the rules changes that NONE of my accounts increased their limits.

Did anyone experience an automatic limit raise in February?

My new one went from 10 to 50 listings within the first week of making it.

But it's a legit account. I didn't opt to link it though. I just did the normal thing where you answer the questions.

I am starting to think they are both holding back feedback and keeping limits on purposely.

I can never seem to reach my limits. Must not be doing something right....

Mine change as little as every 4-5 month unless I start to push those accounts.

See my thread about feedback being held back by ebay.

And I have a 2 year account that I had no limits on pp or selling, 75 fb 100% good dsrs etc and when I started selling on it again I still had no limits.

After getting to 125 fb I got hit with the 100 and 2000 limits I never had before.

The want to get rid of all the small time sellers and just have the Chinese volume powersellers. What they don't realize is driving away the small time sellers, and to ebay less than 1000 units a month is small time, also drives away buyers.

I've heard this theory a lot as well. The last couple years have been bad for sellers lately and everything just seemed so wrong about Ebay. I kept telling that to people as well since I would search for an item and the first few pages are nothing but crap from China for $2 and free shipping. Why is Best Match getting mostly chinese accounts that re-list the same item over and over again?

Furthermore, why would they want to get rid of an entire portion of their market. The smaller sellers are also the ones with rare vintage collectibles, antiques and truly one of a kinds. I thought that is why so many people go on Ebay.

Not to get a toaster for $9...

No trick... Just random luck... Plus nobody would share that secret so easily...

Should the trick exist it will not be exposed to prevent it being stopped.

Limits were frozen for me for the month of March. No idea why. Up until then my limits went up in some fashion every month, even if it only meant an extra 10 listings.

Not only did i NOT get any raise in feb, i did NOT get a raise in march either

2 accounts...both 100% with over 130 fb (sold way more tho)
both high 4.9's and 5's
no issues at all with either account

I'm still sitting at 80 items with both stea lth accounts after 11 months

For the last 3 months, i've sold about 50-55 of the 80 items.

I'm sure glad i have 1 real account that has no limits with ebay or paypal

Anyone else get a raise this month?

good luck
