 Auctiva checkout was bugged all late February
For the last two weeks in February whenever you relisted an auctiva auction, auctiva's link didn't carry through and so auctiva checkout wouldn't work. I just found auctiva checkout not linking and it was a pain--I had to spend all my time manually making order forms on my website for people and then dealing with them when they didn't want to pay through that.
Auctiva went around the first week saying they didn't believe me at all saying it happened to no one else and claimed it was my authorize.net settings. What's worse is auctiva tried to merge the help requests of every one of my auctiva accounts together that made the requests. Only after 10 days did they finally believed me but they said they didn't know why. So I went and had to do my own testing (bidding on my own auctions) and I figured it out personally that it was relists not doing it. Auctiva then checked and said ebay changed a setting and so relists didn't get auctiva going through and they'd fix it the next day. Then at the very last couple days of February they finally fixed it, but only for relists after that -- all previous relists were broken.
