Anyone use Auctiva Checkout with Authorize.net?

hi everyone,
First of all I finally gathered my courage and created a new eBay account and a PayPal account. So far so good but I know down the line PayPal will ask for more info from me when I hit some sales so I want to move away from PayPal.
I signed for Auctiva and saw that they offer their own checkout option and you can sign up with Authorize.net for a set up fee and some monthly fees. Anybody uses that? Is that a good idea or a good deal?
What else can I do to move away from PayPal. My eBay and PayPal accounts are linked but I am planning to just leave it alone like that.
Would eBay mind me using Auctiva checkout and a merchant account with it?

I use authorize.net, through E-onlinedata. It's a deal I got through ZOOVY. set-up was free, no gateway fee, no minimum, and I believe it's a $10~$15 'statement fee'. MC and VISA at 1.9% + .20c MY account settles everynight, and the money is in the bank a couple days later.
