| | | 2eXclusiive | 05-17-2008 05:04 PM | every scammers dream... come true
but thats if you take paypal, if you take money orders, checks, it might be diff.
but ebay has forced sellers to use paypal in some countries already
so is there a way out?
probably not, ebay knows its days are numbered and are trying to squeeze every penny out of us as possible. |

ebay depends on buyers | no sellers = no buyers = no ebay? |
| yogarelax | 05-17-2008 05:17 PM | For ebay all it well take is one or two publisized incidents & many folks well stop buying for awhile. But the real problem will be sellers who just do not want to take a chance, lose money or waste time dealing with a crook |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-17-2008 05:25 PM | this what it seems like and we all know ebay is not stupid, theyre actually very smart, look how far they have gotten, so there has to be a reason why they are implementing such a stupid idea, it might seem stupid and their reason is to prevent fraud but we all know ebay doesnt care, so ebay must be up to something.... |

Isn't it awesome? Now a buyer that pays, gets the item and does a chargeback through his bank will have 100% positive feedback and won't ever be caught. I'm thinking I should change from seller to buyer and make money that way. eBay is becoming a paradise for fraudulent buyers now! | now theres a thought :) |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-17-2008 07:29 PM | we should join the run
go from legit to a scammer
after all thats what it seems like they're supporting. |
| jscan | 05-17-2008 07:40 PM | well we'd make more money, seeings both ebay and paypal support scammers :) |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-17-2008 07:44 PM | and plus there are no fees like sellers
so more mullah for us
=D
ebay should have implemented such a retarded idea earlier. |
| yogarelax | 05-17-2008 11:49 PM | Frankly, I can see no advatage it being an honest seller. I worked so haed doing the right thing for buyers & boom, off I go., with really no explanation. I THINK I can guess, but correcting my guess did not get me anywhere... I realize I am just a little frog in the big pond, but , oh who cares. On to blgger & better selling on ebay, and the thought that I might actualy put something over on ebay is just too, too, too delicious. I think I have turned into a real creep!!! |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-18-2008 07:48 AM | yogarelax - you should think about doing what im doing, im in the process of making my own website, yea its a huge amount of work but it will pay off in the long run, you will make alot of more money and their are no retarded listing fees.
think about it. |
| yogarelax | 05-18-2008 10:55 AM | Thanks for the input.. I am thinking about that.Any suggestions who to use? |

| yogarelax | 05-18-2008 11:08 PM | uuuuh, well, I guess I should say... How to do it??? I mean design my own website... My brain is just ready to burst... I have learned so many things from this forum. I actualy figured how to do a spreadsheet!!! Now, don`t know every tiny detail yet... but got them set up, learned about.... well i could go on & on. Instead, I am going to bed. point me in the right direction for wesbsite "stuff" Thanks |
| imjustme | 05-19-2008 03:48 AM | I just thought of this...
1. Buy an item.
2. Pay for it.
3. Wait for delivery.
4. Chargeback the seller.
5. Leave him negative feedback.
6. (He can't leave you negative feedback back)
7. Get a coupon from eBay for 10% off your next purchase because you were not satisfied.
Repeat until rich :D |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-19-2008 04:41 AM | yoga - if you havent the slightest idea, then you should hire a professional or something, you can hire one at elance.com according to your needs, but think about it, it takes alot of hard work but in the long run its worth it. |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-19-2008 04:42 AM | im just me - lmaoooo

| imjustme | 05-19-2008 07:13 AM | I bet if enough people do it, eBay will re-introduce the ability for sellers to leave feedback? |
| 411guru | 05-19-2008 09:43 AM | ha!............ |
| 2eXclusiive | 05-19-2008 02:11 PM | i think not, ebay is hard headed
ebay accepting the fact that they made a mistake, C'mon
lol
you know better. |
| twdell | 05-19-2008 02:14 PM | i just received my first negative today on one of my newer accounts. i had this nut case who bought an item off of me, but of course the idiot didn't read the full description until after the auction had ended. then when he realizes that he can't use the item he tells me he's not going to pay. so i filed a non-paying bidder claim. the whole time the nut is insulting me too.
the good thing is he is also a seller. he's going to get what he has coming.
on a side note, i filed a case with ebay to see if i could get the neg removed, and i noticed that you cannot leave a positive feedback with negative comments. that is grounds for removal. so that theory is out the window. |
| mantisinc | 05-19-2008 02:17 PM | Twdell, it would probably have been worth not going along with the unpaid item dispute for the sake of a neg.
