They have to request a form and you always get an email stating that the buyer has requested your info. If you never got one of these then it must have been a rep.

Very good thought. No they did not.

I am happy to report it was eb.

The dirty rats just proved to me they love the buyers and hate the sellers.

Taking the side of this buyer because they are a "major" buyer not only wrong of eb but for them to take the time to call me tells me exactly what I thought.

With the massive fb this buyer has and the crap they buy tells me their house must be jammed full of stuff.

The money they have spend this month alone is staggering.

A chandelier for 11,000--------
A womens vintage jewelry collection for 5200-------

The cheap butt has the gull to want to cancel an item because she found it cheaper. Amazing.

They do, Cupcake, they do.:boink:

Par for the course.

The buyers who have earned that status do it that way.

No need for 'them' to deal with you. They do it via ebay.

It's like having a Centurion amex card. Holders get amex to do their dirty work:heh:

How bad I wanted to say screw you because I dont need this sale or this account because I have 100 more to replace it with.

Had to bite my tongue again.-----

lol, I once did say that I had more then 1 account with ebay but I hung up the phone before I wanted to say what I really wanted to say,

It was when I had issues of 2 cases of people returning a hard drive after 45 days was up. One of them damaged beyond reselling even used.

Ballsack 06-29-2012 02:08 PM

I can only imagine she received favoritism because she's a heavy buyer. I don't see this working for anyone with 100 positive feedbacks, but usually sellers Are good about cancellations anyway. I don't understand why she went thru the trouble of calling eBay.

LoopHole 06-29-2012 05:20 PM

She called them b/c it would make it much easier for her. She knows she has eb*y on her side. I wouldn't be surprised if eb has gave her a number with a direct extension for problems. If i owned eb and had a buyer that buys 1000's of items a day i would do the same.

Thanks for the interesting story and info Sandy but once again nothing seems to really amaze me with these guys anymore

oompaloompa 06-30-2012 03:15 AM

I think she must be buying not for her own home but for others, like maybe she is in real estate or has a high-end store and makes a profit on this stuff.

Good thought!

Buying chandeliers and things like that should have made be wonder.

Along with some high end statues etc.

The jewelry is what got me.

Thanks for sharing the story...interesting..

How odd is it then I get one of the ebay buyer accounts buying an item from the same account.

I wont post the name but many of you know that ebay has several buyers accounts all with huge buying only feedback.

They are now watching this account like a hawk.

Same here, i don't really know how it works but i've had a few of these. They always tell you to include the item number inside the package. So it can make it much faster for them to ship it to the right person. What i love about these buyers is that they ALWAYS leave positive feedback and never do returns.

If ebay is essentially protecting & assisting this buyer, why are they watching like a hawk? Did I miss something?

Also, can you give a recent catagory that they purchased from, so I can check completed listings, to see who they are? Just curious....
