Default Do you hate difficult buyer?

In my listing, I stated No refund and no return for the item. But a "blind" buyer still want me to refund giving me crap reasons. Saying this is bad, this looks ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or something like that. Just trying to get me to refund him. I must be weak and refunded him :> because I don't want him to give me negative feedback.

That buyer have 1 feedback only, too bad we can't block low feedback buyer

or do you guys have any good idea to deal with that kind of buyer?:>

Improve the quality of what you sell.

Go over your photos of the listing and make sure they are perfection.

Practise tolerance.

Karma will get the greedy one

Quality is never a problem because it is a genuine stuff.
I have sold so many, only this buyer have this kind of problem. I think he must be a scammer. After received my stuff, I don't think he will return it.

Bad things happen.

You did the best thing.

It's a part of selling. Has happened to lots of us.

Its not worth the fight or being mad over. Its going to happen and its just easier to make the person happy and refund them quickly, alot of times I still get positive feedback for handling it in a timely manner.

As for posting the you do not accept refunds or returns, whether you state that or not ebay always sides with the customer if they want those options. You may want to offer returns to attract more customers. People feel better if their product is backed up by you just incase they are not happy. Just a thought

There is something I can do, right?
File a complaint? or something like that?
Or change the feedback that I wrote for him?

GreenBean is right stop thinking this issue to death. You dealt with it. Had a lose. Keep that buyer in your blacklist so if he bids again or buys again. Do not sell just refund his money.

Keep listing and making money.

New to the forum, but not ebay sales. Regardless of how you feel, the buyer will always be right. Make it right, blacklist them and move on.
