Selling New Items As Used

Is there more leniency on selling used items as opposed to new? I see a few markets where I can sell crap stuff that is new (but still crap) as used and make a pretty good profit. I've located 1 seller that seems to be doing this after some feedback sniffing...any input would be appreciated.

What you are asking for is business model tips...hmm would depend heavily on the category listing - which category?

i would say used is DEF more lenient and will probably make you look good to the customer as the item will be new. if you can make $ doing it, do it
