Default Ebay buyer.... Creating multiple accounts to buy

I have a buyer who i've blocked, they make new ebay accounts and send unverified but yet confirmed payments via paypal to me for products. Of course they are doing this, just to abuse and leave negatives. Each time they buy, i block them. But they just create another. Is there really anything i can do except just selling the product they keep buying ? I'm at a loss, this is ruining top rated accounts. Ebay and paypal are of no help :(

They keep making private accounts.. eg.. you can't see their feedback.

nothing concrete you can do other than keep appealing to ebay/pp that this is happening, try and get a manager to look at it as it is obvious.

you cannot block private feedbacker, which is messed up.

do you know which specific competitor it is?

No i don't. It's a under 15 dollar item, with crazy markup. This is so annoying. I wish i could just block private feedback buyers. I submitted for user information. NONE of the #'s ever answer... in fact one goes to a race car supply store. I am going to call ebay, i just hate getting them involved.. One account has it's phone number as 111 111 1111 which is obvious. I will call ebay at 8 i guess and paypal at 9.

The most frustrating part is, i have 3 accounts selling this item, and they are doing it to all 3 accounts.. And they have 3 id's in cali doing it, and 2 in another state doing it. All are the same person because the first name... never is a full name and all accounts are made in lower letterging eg.. m smith j jones etc... I can see they are all ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but the guy in india from ebay can't :(

How? You can't block private buyers or even 0 feedback. Only -1 etc.. can be blocked

Spoke finally to an american at paypal. He's escalating it all over to fraud team now.

Hope it all works out.

Didnt know you couldnt block a private feedback buyer

You can't do this no matter what because it should block all new buyer no matter what they are new or returned from being kicked out.
Who knows what new accounts belong to previous buyers?
Remember, you also started from zero.

there is an option (although it doesn't come up in all my accounts when i list, i believe you have to be in the 'simple' listing tool) that will block 'problem' buyers and i think this includes 0 feedbackers. again not too sure

Of course you can set this. Just go into your accounts preferences.

You can block bidders with -1 feedback but not with 0 or more.

The listing could have paypal as immediate payment.

Couple of things possible with paypal's part in the listing.

One thing the OP does not mention is why this is happening?

I would be looking to track the source of this evil

he says he does not know the culprit..unless there are only a couple of others selling it is pretty hard...

the buyer does not mind paying, he knows his negs/dsrs will stick if he pays....

exactly, zero and private feedbackers are scary but I never had probs with one..

what I do not understand is why they are making their feedback private, instead of just being a new zero acc to do this...it is like they are an established acc already. OP how may feedback do these guys have?
