Most people are in stupid debt (not including education, home, etc.) for a reason. Most smart people dont get dumb debt.

Two weeks ago I had a buyer who never paid file an item not received on an item they never paid for. I told them they never paid. Then they finally paid. I shipped it to them. Then they filed a case stating I sent them an empty envelope. They opened a dispute. I called them out on B.S. They immediately left me negative feedback. Only my second since 2008 with over 2000+ positives. eBay told me they won the dispute but my funds where released since I provided all the info. I reported it to eBay they told me they would keep an eye on the buyer. I have records and pictures of shipping the items anytime I have a suspicious eBayer who would file a claim to get money back or an item they never paid for obviously one would be suspect. None the less, eBay sucks in this department but I still need to sell stuff, I hate it but you have to deal with it.

I stumbled upon a thread on some board one time where they were giving each other tips on how to scam eb sellers. According to one poster they can get away with scams like they ran on you 3-4 times before eb catches on and bans the account.
